Your calculator inputs stay on your device

All calculations run entirely in your browser. The salary, state, and other values you enter are never transmitted to a server, logged, or stored by us. Close the tab and they are gone.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage — which pages are visited, where visitors come from, and anonymous interaction milestones such as whether a calculator was adjusted or a comparison was started. We send no calculator values or custom event parameters with these events; they do not capture salary, state, headcount, rates, benefits, or contractor figures. Google Analytics sets its own cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Cookies & third parties

We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics, above) but no advertising cookies at launch. If we later add advertising or affiliate links, this policy will be updated to describe them, and any such disclosures will be clearly marked.
